If we can, we’d like to take a minute to express our utter joy and our heartfelt congratulations to attorneys Scott Jones, Mandy Hancock and Chris Beavers on being named to CityView Magazine’s Top Attorneys in 2014 list! We’re incredibly proud of our colleagues – but if you’ll permit us to brag a little bit, we’re not very surprised that they won. Scott, Mandy and Chris bring such passion and vigor to the courtroom and to our office every day; we’re absolutely thrilled that they’ve won.
Every year, CityView Magazine of Knoxville published a list of the Top Attorneys as voted by members of the Tennessee Bar Association. The peer-nominations are in 64 different areas of law practice. The most recent list was published in full in the July/August edition, titled “Justice and the Law.” The main criterion for being nominated was referrals: who would you recommend to a friend if that friend needed a lawyer, and you didn’t practice in that area of law? The issue also offered multiple articles and interviews with attorneys in and around Knoxville.
Mandy has won in the Family Law and Juvenile categories before. This is Chris’s third nomination in a row for plaintiff work in Personal Injury: Motorcycle Accidents. Scott was named to numerous categories, including Criminal Law, DUI and Juvenile Defense; Personal Injury: General, Auto Accidents and Motorcycle Accidents; Workers’ Compensation; and Wrongful Death.
We’re so proud of Chris, Mandy and Scott. We know how hard all three of them work, and we’re incredibly happy that their work was recognized by their peers. Congratulations!
