So you’ve had an accident, and it may or may not be your fault. Don’t always assume that it is your fault, but instead get as much information as is possibly available at the scene, so that you can share that with your attorney in order to reconstruct the accident.
A competent attorney will hire an engineering group to reconstruct the accident, and also to determine, if in this case, how fast the offending driver was going. It’s not always your fault when you pull out in front of somebody; in fact, a reconstruction of an accident may prove that the individual that struck you was grossly exceeding the speed limit. We’ve had any occasions where cases that looked bleak when they came through the door, through extraordinary effort, came out successfully for our clients.
We want to have that opportunity for you. My name is T. Scott Jones, my number’s 865-546-2141, or you may contact me at BanksJones.com.
