Dylan Shelton
Dylan Shelton is an Associate Attorney at Banks and Jones, where he has been a dedicated team member since his early days as a law clerk. After clerking with the firm for over two years, Dylan was honored to join as an attorney upon graduating magna cum laude from Lincoln Memorial University – Duncan School of Law and successfully passing the bar exam.
Originally from Jonesborough, Tennessee, Dylan completed his undergraduate studies in 2021 at East Tennessee State University with a major in Corporate Finance and Investments. His background in finance provides a unique strategic edge that he now applies to his civil litigation practice, where he primarily focuses on personal injury cases. Dylan is committed to advocating for clients who have been wronged through no fault of their own, helping them navigate complex legal challenges with diligence and empathy. He also assists clients in estate planning, working to protect their assets and ensure peace of mind for their families.
Outside of work, Dylan enjoys exploring Knoxville, hiking East Tennessee’s trails, and spending time with family and friends. When he’s not zealously advocating for his clients, he can often be found at the local dog parks with his two dogs, attending sporting events, or unwinding with a good book. Dylan is passionate about serving his community and is dedicated to helping his clients achieve justice and security.
